Refer Expedited Cases to Mediation
Noah Mediation Services understands that some cases need to be seen quickly. If you have a case that needs immediate mediation, please submit the referral information using the form below.
For expedited cases, Noah Mediation Services will make every effort to schedule at least one mediation session within two weeks of contact by both parties.
Using the form below, include your name and contact information as well as the names of the parties to attend mediation and attorneys' names and contact information, if applicable. Please also include the nature of the case (employment, pre-decree, post-decree, never-married, etc) and the next scheduled court date. In order to maintain mediator neutrality, please do not include any other information regarding specifics of the case. Each party will then need to contact Noah Mediation Services separately and directly to begin the mediation process.
