Pro Bono & Sliding Scale Fee Services

Noah Mediation Services believes that mediation should be an accessible option for anyone who chooses it.   In fact, it's right in our mission statement. 

Pro Bono or sliding scale fee services are available to those with demonstrated need. 

If you have a case that requires pro bono or sliding scale fee services, contact Noah Mediation Services at 708.434.0615 or info@noahmediation.com.  Please provide the parties' names and the type of case (pre-decree, post-decree, never-married) to the mediator as well as information regarding ability to pay.  In order for the mediator to maintain neutrality, no other information should be provided regarding the parties or their case.

Each party will then need to contact the mediator separately and directly to begin the mediation process.

Noah Mediation Services will never contact any party in a dispute without first being contacted by that party directly either via email or by telephone.  See other disputant FAQ's for an explanation of this policy.
